Not only do fresh, in-season ingredients enhance flavour, they are also great for you and their consumption minimises impact on the environment.

EXECUTIVE CHEF YANG LAI FATT

Previously the Chinese Executive Chef of Pine Court Chinese Restaurant in Meritus Mandarin Singapore, Chef Yang is set to bring new exciting twists and personal touches to beloved flavours of Jing’s dishes. Gourmands will be able to taste new recipes or existing selections enhanced with dashes of Chef Yang’s formulas, adding pleasantly delectable touches for the pleasure of discerning tastebuds.

OWNER CHEF YONG BING NGEN

Formerly the Executive Chef at the Hai Tien Lo Restaurant in Pan Pacific Hotel Singapore and Chef De Cuisine of the Raffles Hotel Singapore for the Empress Room and Doc Cheng’s, Chef Yong was also the Executive Chef for Jade Restaurant in Fullerton Hotel.

The talented and celebrated Chef has been awarded with numerous prestigious awards:
2013: World Gourmet Series Award of Excellence for Asian Cuisine Chef of the Year (Singapore Category)

2011 – 2013: Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards, Regional Series, Best 10 in Asia, Platinum Winner for Chef of the Year
